Dilution system – PMPD 1000
Dilution system ejector for the PMP application with dilution factor 1:1000. The PMPD 1000 dilution system is a dilution system according to the ejector principle that was especially developed for the PMP application or the PMP measurement chain. Dilution systems – DC 10000

Depending on which aerosol outlet is connected to the measuring device, the aerosol with the dilution factors 1:10, 1:100, 1:1,000 or 1:10,000 are diluted and measured.

Dilution system with dilution factor 1:100 The Palas® VKL 100 dilution systems are used in vertical operation for the particle size range up to 2 µm for applications in the clean room. Dilution factors of up to 1:100,000 are achieved by cascading several VKL systems.
Dilution system – VKL 10
The VKL 10 series of dilution systems can reduce the concentration of aerosols by the dilution factor 01:10, also of very highly concentrated aerosols, in a defined and reliable way. The Palas® VKL 10 dilution systems are used in vertical operation for the particle size range up to 20 µm for powders and dusts. Dilution factors of up to 1:100,000 are achieved by cascading several VKL systems.
Dilution system – LDD 100
The dilution of large droplets is particularly important when measuring highly concentrated droplet aerosols. Since large droplets are difficult to dilute, standard systems only work up to a size of 1 – 2 μm. The newly developed dilution system LDD 10 (dilution factor 10) is the first system to dilute almost loss-free large droplets up to 10 μm.
