MFP Nano Plus 4000 system

  • Real-time determination of the fraction separation efficiency above 10 nm
  • The measuring time for determining the fraction separation efficiency is halved by measuring the particle concentration in the raw and clean gas.

  • Combining two UF-CPC versions, the UF-CPC for the highest concentrations up to 2,000,000 particles/cm3 (single count mode) in the raw gas and the UF-CPC 50 for top counting rates at low concentrations in the clean gas, corresponds to a dilution factor of 1:200.

Dilution systems – DC 10000

The DC 10000 consists of four cascaded special dilution systems with the dilution factor 1:10. The DC 10000 dilution cascade has one aerosol inlet and four aerosol outlets. Depending on which aerosol outlet is connected to the measuring device, the aerosol with the dilution factors 1:10, 1:100, 1:1,000 or 1:10,000 are diluted and measured.

Since large droplets are difficult to dilute, standard systems only work up to a size of 1 – 2 μm. The newly developed dilution system LDD 10 (dilution factor 10) is the first system to dilute almost loss-free large droplets up to 10 μm.
