MFP 4000 system

  • Simultaneous particle measurement in the raw gas and clean gas
  • Particle size measurements from 0.2 – 40 µm
  • Measurement of Cn max= 10^6 particles/cm3 without dilution
  • Internationally comparable measurement results
  • Widespread distribution of the measurement system
  • High reproducibility of the testing method
  • Easy use of different test aerosols, e.g. SAE Fine and Coarse, NaCl/KCl, DEHS
  • Highest raw gas concentrations of up to > 1000 mg/m3 (ISO Fine) or > 5000 mg/m3 (ISO Coarse) with measurement of the fraction separation efficiency for burden tests
  • Flexible filter test rig software FTControl
  • Sequence programs for pressure loss measurements, measurements of fraction separation efficiency and burden measurements
  • Easy to operate, even untrained personnel can be instructed quickly in the use of the equipment
  • MFP 4000 filter media inspection system with short installation time
  • Cleaning and calibration can be performed autonomously by the customer
  • Easy use of the measurement technology components – even in other applications
  • Mobile setup, easy to move on castors

Dilution systems – DC 10000

The DC 10000 consists of four cascaded special dilution systems with the dilution factor 1:10. The DC 10000 dilution cascade has one aerosol inlet and four aerosol outlets. Depending on which aerosol outlet is connected to the measuring device, the aerosol with the dilution factors 1:10, 1:100, 1:1,000 or 1:10,000 are diluted and measured.

Dilution system – VKL 10

The VKL 10 series of dilution systems can reduce the concentration of aerosols by the dilution factor 01:10, also of very highly concentrated aerosols, in a defined and reliable way. The Palas® VKL 10 dilution systems are used in vertical operation for the particle size range up to 20 µm for powders and dusts. Dilution factors of up to 1:100,000 are achieved by cascading several VKL systems.

Dilution system – LDD 100

The dilution of large droplets is particularly important when measuring highly concentrated droplet aerosols. Since large droplets are difficult to dilute, standard systems only work up to a size of 1 – 2 μm. The newly developed dilution system LDD 10 (dilution factor 10) is the first system to dilute almost loss-free large droplets up to 10 μm.
